First, this G5 punches way above its class for how small it is! Both in features and output. It’s sorta crazy how many different things they packed into such a tiny package; swivel, RGB, signal modes, magnet, clip, lanyard hole, step-less dial, waterproofing, charge indicator, charging status, and the now mandatory USB-C. Seriously, read the manual because it does so much more than it lets on. And all in the size of pretty much a tic-tac box.
The swivel head is NOT a gimmick! You can aim light exactly where you want on a work surface… or use the magnet to stick to the hood of a car and aim it at the fuse box, or clip it to a cap and aim either in front of you or down at something you’re working on.
Here’s a random thing I like about it… we have a 2 year old that’s learning colors… he’s obsessed with this flashlight. I put it on RGB mode, which turns the dial into a color selector, and he rolls through the colors and we name them together. We’ve been playing with it almost non-stop. I have to hide it when he’s distracted so he can do other stuff too. LOL!
Well, suffice it to say that Wuben has made another cool and actually practical flashlight. I do with they made it in more colors too, a white or brass one would look epic!

Pros:
Compact and lightweight – It’s easy to carry daily without noticing it in my pocket or bag.
400 lumens output – More than enough brightness for everyday tasks, whether indoors or outdoors.

Magnetic clip and base – Really useful for hands-free tasks, especially in tight spaces or during repairs.
Suggestions for improvement:
Battery life is decent, but slightly longer runtime on higher modes would be appreciated.
The button could be a bit more tactile or responsive, especially when wearing gloves.
The G5 is a great little powerhouse of a flashlight. It is amazing something of this size can produce such brightness. As well as handy it is super fun with the RGB.
The G5 is both, a cool gadget you‘ll love to play around and also it‘sa so handy edc light!
Hopefully this will come with a few more housing colours so I’ll have a reason to get more of them! :)
