At first glance, the switch seemed to be of good quality. I was mounting the switch with the light and realized that the rubber coating around the wires was beginning to split and peel exposing the wires within. I undid everything and the whole length of the wire was like that. That's the main reason for the 2 stars, I can find a way to try and fix it but now it is just more work for me to deal with. The switch itself works as intended but would be better, in my opinion, if the silent or mechanical switches could have a locked brightness setting since there is more than one silent switch. Like one of the switches could be for the brightest setting and so on.
