The flashlight has a very wide beam and a unique grip and design, Also a built-in fan. I love that the batteries are removable.
However, communication with Wuben was too painful. Very bad costumer support.
I've received several lights directly from Wuben. All that I have are great. No replies to my emails about the X2, though. 5 weeks since payment and no shipping status. Unfortunately, my last business with this company. They want feedback, but provide no product or customer support. Meanwhile, I have received many newly released products from Olight and Nitecore.
To look at the so called rating I can't imagine whom give the rating....a lot off 4 star rating dismissing the product .
